If you are missing many of your employee punches, it is possible that your clock is not currently communicating with Timeco(image below).
We do not recommend that you enter any of these missed punches manually, they should be stored in the clock until the connection is restored.
The first step in troubleshooting is to simply unplug the power cord from the back of the clock, then plug it back in.
When the clock reboots, at the top right corner you should have no red dots or 'x' in either icon, both should be green, without an 'x'.
Once the clock is back online, it should immediately begin to send punches to employee timecards once more - give it approximately 30 minutes.
