Reset Employee's Password as System Admin

As the system administrator, you may unlock/reset the employee's password from their employee profile in Timeco: 

 

Navigate to Employees - List View and find their profile:


Review the ‘account locked’ box, and if it is selected (slid to the right), they’ve locked themselves out. Select and save to unlock.


Reset their password by typing a new password into both password fields, then save.



Ensure they are using the User ID on their profile to login with, in the same area – the User ID field.



Ensure that they have a proper email populated, so they may request it moving forward TIMECO - Forgot Password?
