Department Transfer from TS (Version 2) Clocks

When transferring to a new department in Timeco, you do not need to punch out of your original department before punching into the next one. Simply punch directly into the next department that you'll be working in.

To punch out, enter a punch in the same department that you're currently working in.

If the Timeco system sees two punches in the same department, it will consider that an in and out punch. If the system sees two punches that are not in the same department, it will consider that a department transfer.

When using a physical timeclock to perform a department transfer, follow the steps below. Note that if you're punching out of a department that is not your home department, you'll also need to follow these steps to enter a punch tied to the department you're currently working in so you can clock out.

Start by selecting the i button on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
