Is My Clock Online?

The easiest and quickest way to tell if your clock is online is by looking at your clock screen. Each style of clock has an indicator to show whether it is connected to the internet or not. Below, we'll show you where each clock's indicator is. If you're unsure which clock you have, simply match the screenshot to your clocks display, as all three displays do look different.

If you determine that your clock is offline using the below guide, we recommend that you begin trouble-shooting by unplugging the clock from power and plugging it back in.

TS Series - V2 Clocks

If you have a TS V2 clock then you will want to look at the top right hand corner of the clock's screen. Here you should see two symbols. Each symbol will have either a red or green dot. If either symbol has a red dot next to it, then the clock is offline.

Depending on your clocks background color, the green dot can be quite hard to see. However, the red dot should stand out very easily. So, if it looks like both symbols have no dot, then it is safe to assume that it's green and blending in with your clocks background color.

TS Series - V1 Clock

If you have a TS V1 clock then you will again want to look at the top right hand corner of the clock's screen. Here you should see two symbols. If either symbol has an X on it, the clock is offline.

TC Series Clock

If you have a TC series clock, then you'll want to look at the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Here you will see a colored square. If the square is an orange/red color, the clock is offline. If the square is a green color, the clock is online.
